Northside Hospital partners with key community organizations in order to
support healthier patients and stronger, healthier communities.
Partnerships with local cancer organizations help provide resources to patients undergoing treatment. One such organization is the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance (GOCA), which raises funds for awareness and research. Northside supports GOCA and other groups whose cancer mission reflects our own.
Northside Hospital also supports Cycliad, a 1,300-mile bike ride across five states that helps to fund programs for patients regaining their footing in normal life after treatment.
More babies are born at Northside Hospital in Atlanta than at any other
hospital in country, making our valued partnership with March
of Dimes® a hand-in-hand relationship. Northside participates in the
annual March for Babies® event, the oldest walking fundraiser in the
country, and collaborates with March of Dimes to reduce incidences of
early elective deliveries throughout the state of Georgia.
WSB-TV’s Family 2 Family Project is the longest running station-wide public service initiative in Georgia and Northside Hospital has proudly served as an underwriter of the program since 2005.
Northside also has developed strong community relationships with some of Georgia’s leading athletic organizations to promote health, fitness and community involvement throughout the state.
