Benefits

Medical Plan
Our medical plan, is available to all full-time and part-time employees and their eligible dependents. There are two Humana plan options available, premier and standard, in order to ensure that all your needs are met. Each plan covers inpatient hospital care, mental health and other medical care.

 

Dental Plan
Our dental plan has two options to choose from—premier and standard—with the flexibility to see any Humana accepting provider.


Spending Accounts
Full-and part-time employees qualify for spending accounts which allow you to pay for certain health care (expenses not covered under the Medical and Dental plans) and dependent care expenses on a tax-free basis.

 

Life Insurance
We provide basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance to cover themselves and eligible dependents. Universal life insurance is also available.

 

Disability Coverage
Short-term disability protection is provided to full-and part-time employees working 48 or more hours per pay period. These benefits are accrued per paid hour. Long-term disability insurance is provided for full-time employees and provides income protection (50% of base wage) in the event of a disability that extends beyond 180 days.

 

Retirement Plans
We provide a pension plan to employees who have completed one year of service and have worked at least 1,000 hours per year. Employees become vested after working 1,000 hours per year for five years. Employees may also participate in the Tax Sheltered Annuity program. Contributions are made and interest is earned on a tax-deferred basis. We will match contributions to the first four percent of the employee’s deferred amount.
