Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use (IOP) is a
time-limited, multifaceted treatment service for adults
requiring structure and support for recovering from
substance related disorders. This program includes: state of art
co-occurring disorder treatment, didactic presentations and
psychoeducational information, psychiatric services, intensive
individual therapy, group therapy and family counseling. Each
client has an individualized recovery plan that includes a full
continuum of services within a single system.
*Please note: we do not provide methadone treatment.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Day Program (PSR) provides
intensive rehabilitation assistance and case management programs
for clients with severe and persistent psychiatric illnesses.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program is a recovery program that
combines therapy, rehabilitation and skill building to teach
necessary skills for individuals to function in their community
settings and activities.This service is offered up to five days
per week for five hours daily, as clinically appropriate.
Individual or group skill building activities focusing on coping
Illness and medication self management
Recreational activities/leisure skills.
Our residential communities are available to adults that are in need of
support while receiving a range of services based on one’s symptoms and
overall recovery plan.
We offer a Recovery Residence Program for adults that are
receiving treatment primarily for substance use. This program is
specifically for adults who wish to overcome their addictions and regain
control of their lives.
We also offer Supportive Housing to adults that that focus on
managing one’s mental health while maintaining housing, continuing
recovery and increasing self sufficiency. Both programs foster
residential care that addresses social, daily living and life skills
training, medication management and community integration.
