We understand that visits from family and friends can help a patient’s well-being and recovery. Family and friends are welcome to visit, provided they are in good health and comply with visiting policies and hours for each Northside facility.

Calling a Patient

To give patients an opportunity to rest, patients cannot receive incoming calls between
10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

 Atlanta

 For all patients: call (404) 459-1+ the patient’s room number.

 Forsyth 

For all patients: call (770) 844-4000 and 5 + patient’s room number. 

Cherokee 

For all patients: call (770) 720-5 + patient’s room number. 

Mail Delivery

Patient mail is delivered daily, Monday through Friday.  Please be sure to include your return address.

Gift Shops

Gift shops are located at each Northside inpatient facility. Northside Hospital Auxiliary volunteers serve as staff members, allowing all profits to support the care provided by Northside. Gift items include: reading and writing materials, sundries and a large array of gift items, including fresh flowers, silk flowers and live plants.Visit our Gift Shops page to learn more.
