How can I send a gift or flowers to a patient?

Gift Shop
For your convenience, all of our hospitals have gift shops offering fresh flowers, reading and writing materials, sundries and a large array of gift items. Visit our Gift Shop page for more information.

A Woman’s Place
A Woman’s Place is a specialty boutique that carries women’s health care products and accessories, such as jewelry, handbags, scarves, hats and maternity clothing. How do I know a patient has received the gift or flowers I sent?

If you sent the gift through a Northside Hospital gift shop, you can call and check on the status of your order. If a gift or flowers was sent from an outside vendor, please check with them regarding delivery confirmation. You can also call the patient directly to see if they have received your gift.

Can Northside Hospital representatives make hotel arrangements for out of town visitors?

Northside is pleased to provide a list of area accommodations offering discounts to friends and family of Northside Hospital patients. However, we do not make arrangements for accommodations. Please click here for a list of area accommodations.
