Health Choice Urgent Care now offers COVID-19 testing and antibody testing
Northside Hospital announces the completion of the launch of a new Brand, Health Choice Urgent Care, formerly ChoiceOne Urgent Care.
The new name, Health Choice, represents a reintroduction of the Gwinnett County centers to the community in conjunction with new ownership (Northside Hospital) and management (Urgent Care Group). Information about the transaction that took place earlier in the year can be found here.

Health Choice Urgent Care has been voted Best of Gwinnett for the past 3 years and has 3 locations in Gwinnett County (Hamilton Mill, Sugar Hill and Grayson). All centers are open seven days a week from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
The centers offer walk-in urgent care, and occupational health services, accept all major insurance, and have affordable self-pay options. Health Choice Urgent Care will be celebrating their new name with a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 18th at 1:30 PM ET. This event will take place at Health Choice – Sugar Hill, 5910 Suwanee Dam Road, Suite 100 Sugar Hill, GA 30518 and will be live-streamed on Facebook.
