Ashley has been a registered nurse for twelve years and a certified health coach for three years. Throughout her career, she has learned that taking care of patient’s health is a life long journey. The Northside Duluth support groups will cover topics that include nutrition, fitness, stress management, mindfulness, and more while also finding ways to recognize our own wins and accomplishments. Ashley is honored to be part of each patient’s journey and look forward to getting to know you.
