Stress is Optional

Change is inevitable; however, stress is optional if you are equipped with healthy coping skills.  Learning to balance your life physically, socially and emotionally will reduce stress.  Participants will learn the hidden causes of stress and anxiety as well as ways to reduce unhealthy behaviors leading to health related issues.
