Is MHealthLink safe and secure?

Yes, MyHealthLink is a secure web site that uses only encrypted connections, which prevents unauthorized persons from accessing your health information. Your email and your portal account information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. 

What information will available on the Northside MyHealthLink?

The portal does not include your complete medical record. It provides some information from any visit to a Northside facility since Oct. 1, 2014. This may include lab results, radiology results, recent vital signs and medications prescribed at discharge. 

Why should I participate and have access?

You have secure, free online access to some of your health information. By having it available for your caregivers, you are likely to save time at medical visits or when a consultation is needed. 

I am having a problem logging into the patient portal. What do I do?

RelayHealth Customer Support will be able to assist you. They can be reached at 1-866-RELAY-ME, 1-866-735-2963. 

I was able to access MyHealthLink, but I don't see any of my health information. What do I do?

What if I want to withdraw my access or opt-out?

You can withdraw access to MyHealthLink by following the procedure posted on the portal. Withdrawal will be immediate and your account will be deactivated.

Will Northside Hospital share my email or portal information with others?

Your email and your portal account information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the ability to manage the providers (physicians or hospitals) that you want to have access to your information within your account. 

Will my physician still contact me to provide me my test results?

Your provider will continue to communicate with you regarding your test results or follow-up care as they have previously. 

Who do I contact if I have questions about any of my results?

You should contact your physician (primary care or follow-up) with any questions specific to your test results. If you do not have a primary care physician, contact our Physician Referral team at (404) 845-5555  and we will assist in finding a provider to meet your needs. 

Who do I contact if I cannot log in or forgot my password?
