Notice to Our Patients on COVID-19

As your health care provider, the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and our community is paramount. We understand the concern you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are committed to being responsive to our patients. It’s important that you know:

  • We are taking extra precautions and have enhanced the consistent cleaning of our lobbies, exam rooms, and other common areas.
  • Phone and check-in screening processes help to proactively identify potentially infected patients.
  • Northside has implemented virtual visits at many provider locations. Please contact your provider directly for an appointment.
  • If you currently feel ill, please call to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you have recently traveled to areas with ongoing outbreaks of COVID-19, and you develop fever with cough or shortness of breath within 14 days of your travel, or if you have had contact with someone who is suspected to have COVID-19, please stay home and call your primary care physician for further instructions.
