F-flexibility every day! Warm up with a foam roller and then after your aerobic workout stretch out every major muscle group for 30 seconds each day.

A-Aerobic exercise! Get your heart rate up with speed play. After a 5-10 minute warm up at a moderate pace then crank up the speed or intensity for 3 minutes, then recover for 2 minutes. Repeat this 5-minute interval 4-6 times and call it a day! Your body thrives on variety and intensity.

C- Carry a Load! Lean muscle mass not only keeps us strong but helps to avoid joint pain. Focus on functional resistance training 3 times a week. Try my “20 minute to burn” routines for total body fitness.

E-Equilibrium and Balance! If you cannot stand on one foot with your eyes closed for 22 seconds then this is for you! Retrain your balance by standing on one foot in a safe place for 30 seconds. When you are not wobbling, try closing your eyes.
