As a reminder, all physician services and in-network participation for Northside Atlanta/Cherokee/Forsyth remain unaffected by this potential termination by United Healthcare. There is no expected disruption to coverage for your services.
Some services may be eligible for extended in-network benefits through what is called a “Continuity of Care” provision in the patient’s benefits. Services such as obstetrical, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and pain treatment
