As a reminder, all physician services and in-network participation for Northside Atlanta/Cherokee/Forsyth remain unaffected by this termination by United Healthcare, which took effect on March 1, 2021. There is no expected disruption to coverage for your services.
Some services may be eligible for extended in-network benefits through what is called a “Continuity of Care” provision in the patient’s benefits. Services such as obstetrical, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and pain treatment
