NORTHSIDE-CHEROKEE TO HOST FAMILY HEALTH EXPO,
OCTOBER 4
Northside Hospital-Cherokee will host a Family Health Expo on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, 1-4 p.m., on the hospital’s front circle. The community is invited to attend this free event - to meet Northside’s medical staff and learn about the hospital’s wide range of programs and services.
Expo attendees will get the most up-to-date information about the clinical resources and experts available at Northside Hospital-Cherokee including the hospital’s Cardiac Cath Lab, Breast Imaging, Sleep Disorders Center, Surgical Services, Women’s Services and much more. Activities will include:
- Informational booths for many of Northside’s programs and services
- Test drives with the da Vinci® Robotic Surgical System, used for prostate and GYN laparoscopic procedures
- Meet ‘n greets with many of Northside’s physicians
- Free health screenings (cholesterol/glucose, blood pressure, body composition, coronary risk and more)
