The Northside Code of Conduct serves as a guiding statement of ethical and compliance principles for its employees, management, members of its Board of Directors, Medical Staff members and agents. This Code of Conduct is a summary of the ethical and legal standards designed to protect and promote system-wide integrity and to enhance Northside’s mission. The Code of Conduct is also used as a guide to help make sound decisions in carrying out day-to-day responsibilities.
