Northside Hospital-Cherokee in Canton became a significant part of the Northside Hospital delivery system in October 1997. The 84-bed, not-for-profit, full-service community hospital staffs more than 400 physicians and more than 850 employees offering surgery, emergency, maternity and outpatient services. To meet the community needs, Northside Hospital-Cherokee will open a new hospital facility in 2015.
