Northside Diet Order Formulary - Effective June 1 Northside
Hospital revised the Diet Order formulary to better meet the needs of the
patient population and reduce tray error. Additionally, we have improved
the diet order entry system to allow for multiple diet orders to be placed
at one time for future needs. We hope that this will make it easier for
you and nursing to plan your patient's care. Any questions may be addressed
