Breast Care Program

The strength of Northside's Breast Care Program is that it not only offers women compassionate psychological support, it also provides a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated, specially trained professionals that combine their expertise to create a total approach to the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
Gynecologic Oncology Program
As the leader in the southeast in gynecologic cancer care, Northside continues to diagnose and treat more cases of GYN cancer than any other program in Georgia. In fact, Northside leads the way in groundbreaking procedures for better outcomes and less invasive treatments of gynecologic cancers. In 2006, Northside introduced robotic hysterectomy for oncology patients using the daVinci Robotic System. Combining laparoscopic with robotic technology, this system allows our surgeons to perform more precise less invasive procedures. As a result, our patients experience reduced post-operative pain and shorter recovery times.
