Pre-Appointment Reminders:
- All tests require a written physician's order.
- Please check-in at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Please review and follow any prewritten instructions prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please bring your insurance information with you. The radiologists providing your care are physicians independent of Northside Hospital. Their "participation" status with HMOs, PPOs and other third-party pay or organizations may be different from the Hospital.
