Employee Spotlight: D.J. Camonayan

Diane Janelle “D.J.” Camonayan is a registered nurse in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. Her journey in health care began when she was just a teenager. After participating in the VolunTeen Program at Northside Hospital Forsyth, Diane's love for health care blossomed. Nearly a decade later, she decided to take her love for helping others to the next level by enrolling in the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Diane is slated to receive her white coat on Friday, Oct. 13.

It is safe to say Diane's love for health care is infectious. Her entire immediate family is employed by Northside Hospital. Diane's mother and sister also are registered nurses in the CVICU. Together, the trio works seamlessly to deliver exceptional care. Diane's father, Conrado "Jessie" Camonayan works in Materials Management at Northside Hospital Forsyth.

It's clear the Camonayan family loves helping others and working at Northside Hospital.
