Join the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute Psych Oncology Program for our support group for cancer caregivers.

Topics we discuss include:

• Grief and loss
• Quality of life as a caregiver
• Tools to help reduce stress
• Making difficult decisions
• Communicating effectively in challenging situations
• Preventing caregiver burnout
• A day in the life of a caregiver

This virtual support group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

RSVP is required 3 days prior to each scheduled group date.
