Steven Huffman, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with a background in otolaryngology and experience supporting the care of patients with ear, nose, and throat concerns. Before completing his physician assistant training, Steven worked in an ENT practice as a medical assistant and scribe, where he obtained detailed patient health histories, prepared patients for procedures, assisted with in-office procedures, and managed patient charts, notes, and orders. He also gained exposure to the surgical side of otolaryngology through observation. He has experience with procedures, including fiberoptic laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy with debridement, incision and excision procedures, and cerumen removal.
Steven’s background also includes research experience in kinesiology, centered around functional movement. His professional experience reflects a foundation in patient care, research, leadership, and teamwork with a focus on conservative and preventative measures.
