Community Benefit Grant Program

Northside Hospital is committed to the health and wellness of our community. As part of our Community Benefit Program, Northside is pleased to offer a Community Benefit Grant Program to support community-based organizations that focus on improving the health, well-being and quality of life for all in our community. 

How to Qualify

• Applicant must be a certified 501(c)(3) corporation under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
• Intended use for grant funds (if awarded) is to help support a program or project that:
  • meets one or more of Northside’s priority focus areas or social determinants of health.*
  • serves one or more of the eleven counties in the Northside Community.*
